i'm thinking i might want to open a realty company in indiana but i don't want to work for some goof here for a whole year first as a sales agent.

was wondering if there might be some way around that, if you know what i mean.

before you can become a broker here you have to work under a broker for 1 year as a sales agent.

don't really want to do that.

Heaven, oh!!, this isn't it?!
Jack,

Instead of working for a "goof", maybe there is 'one" :mj07: reputable broker/agency in your area that you could hook up with. Alot more to it than most realize, but of course us Real Estate Broker's just sit around and collect tons of cash for doing nothing :com: . The Re/Max franchise will let you work on your own while working independently. You keep your whole commission, but you pay high monthly desk fees. It works for the top producers however.
Why the other states?
Let me know what else you need help with, and email is the same, but I dont check it all the time, so give me a heads up...

Cheers,:toast:
