I was running a bar about 15 yrs ago. We had the best wings in the area and were always trying to get them hotter. Chef had some Habanero's brought in........I couldn't wait to mix up a batch of wings with them. I headed for the kitchen, diced up the peppers, mixed them in with our regular sauce, flipped the fried wings in them and tossed them in the oven to bake on...... Headed for the can to take a piss..............All of a sudden this strange burning feeling took over.......I came out of the can with look of fear.....The chef asked what the problem was...........He laughed his ass off at me for not washing my hands first.......Never knew about the olis that come off the pepper..............Be very careful with these...

Now Dave's Insanity Sauce is SCARY!!!!!!!!! We mix alittle of that with BBQ for our wings, not great flavor.............

Alittle FYI, if the peppers are toooooo hot for your mouth, pass on the water a drink milk, coats and cools better than anythings..........

Love that HOT STUFF.....I had the record for Armageddon wings @ Duff's eating 30 wings which they have rated @ 850,000 Scoville rating, which I don't know how they rate them but do know that if they used Dave's Insanity Sauce there' no way I could have ate 30...:nono: :scared . I went by the other day and seen that my record was broken by 7. I now sit second on "The Wall of Pain". Told the owners, I know that guy couldn't have ate the 38th...talking from experience as I struggled @ 27....:00x24. I was OK until my 16th wing, then bit by bit....and they're BIG WINGS. Took me 41 minutes to down the 30. Well asked the owner when I come back to do 40 are the other one's after 40 free.....:com: but better  thought of later, I'm going back next week to ask to have a "Armageddon wing off charity" with proceeds going to a kid's organization or ???. Good publicity for them and proceeds going to a good cause....not going to try and do 40 plus no reason other than being :mj02:

I grow them in my salsa garden as well, they are brutal, but if you like hot stuff and limit the amount per serving it is delicious. Have 10 freezed from last year and 3 already ready to pick this year, can't wait!

I knew a guy that was in upper mgnt at Verizon. My friend worked under him. Real boring desk type. He was in some "beer of the month" type club, except it was for hot sauces etc. He told me he got two a month of the hottest stuff from around the globe and he loved it.

This may appeal you other sadists. Look into something like that off the net.

The people I have met that can handle the hottest stuff also have no taste buds.

in my collection of about 70 different kinds of "Hot Sauces"

i have about 30 but most are hardly used as my favorites are still tobasco and louisanna hot sauce.

as far as peppers, i buy the gallon jars of jalapenos at sams club. i put them on almost everything.

i can't eat the real hot shit like i could years ago.

:142smilie Believe it or not Agent.....nothing and I bet others that have eaten them could say the same....:yup. Now the sauce I use when I go for Thai food.....:mj16: pulsesading, that's the arse feeling it the next day....:scared It's a chile sauce in oil and it sit's in a little glass lided jar with a small spoon sticking out of the jar. I don't find that stuff hot at all when eating it and put on quite a few spoonfuls (not your regular size spoon, smaller), but I ****EN KNOW IT THE NEXT DAY.....:00x24 Went by Duff's last night and the new record is 44, with a following of 41, 37 and my 30...have to try and beat 44, :nono: ****en way....
