Ordered my Direct TV, went through all that shit...then changed the address, had to go through it all again and cancel, then re-order (no we can't just change the address:rolleyes: ) Get all the way to the end and as I'm giving them my CC # my cell cuts out......:mj16: :mj16: :mj16: Had to do it all for the 4th time!!!!!!!! Man was I on full steam....plus they backed me up 4 days, I didn't get to keep my original date....:mj13:

Had this problem too. Next time, tell them to put someone on the line that speaks some fuc kin english and they will. Doesn't happen anymore

Yes, but I don't have a real problem about the non-(first language)English speaking people (most that I have ever gotten speak well enough) that you end up with.

I DO have a major f*cking problem fumbling around pushing in 16 digit account numbers, zip codes and whatever to satisfy their computer system, ONLY TO BE ASKED AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES!

It is only something to occupy/waste our time while they try to clear out their waiting line of 50 people. Makes it seem like it took less time.

NEVER- in any sort of company, has dialing my info into the computer bitch EVER precluded the live person from asking the exact same shit.

a lot of these companies think they are providing quality service...i guess they are in denial...

somebody once gave me this site to make direct contact with a live person on the phone....not sure how accurate it is.....

ever try to talk to someone at Dell about a problem - you will never get someone - unless you request corporate sell department, those people are on the phone

That gethuman500 worked great for me with DirectTV! Those fookers kept my wife on hold 3 different times in 1 day with the installers here for 45 min each time.
