If you step out of the car you better be prepared to shoot and shoot to kill, because just showing a nut like this a gun is going to do nothing but enrage him more.

If your not prepared for a heafty confrontation or to shoot, then all's you can do is drive out of immediate danger and phone the police ASAP- problem then is, chances are he gets away. Then again- you can always repair or get a new car- repairing yourself is another matter.
