Using a Custom AVATAR

Any help I am thankful for, but I may be overlooking something. Going to user CP under avatar options then I dont see a button or upload for custom avatar......can some1 direct me to it, there has to be one on here.

Thanks for the answer.....I guess thats the reasoning for alot of the GL, and BOL in some threads.....never a fan of that so I'll keep my ladies A$$ to myself for sometime. Appreciate the info
