Going to check some of these courses out next week--bout a 40 minute flight from wifes home in China-same to Macua (gambling mecca of Asia) little over hour to hong kong. Plan on spending couple of days there checking out real estate. Would be good location to have Madjack retirement community
Can buy new small condo for bout $60,000- pay property tax only at time of sale.
