Made some money shorting their stock a few days ago. That's about all they're good for. I hate Direct TV too though, the dimwits they send over to set up your direct TV are a bunch of morons. Also, can't get their HD package because I live in a condo.

when i moved from maryland i cancelled directv before i left (as was noted in their records) because i was getting cable in my new home.
6 months later i get a bill (threatening because it was late) for 3 months service.
i called and they told me they only temp cancel it because most people get directv in their new location. they temp close it for 3 months and then start it back up.
WTF? i cancelled the damn thing and not on a temp basis becaise i was moving on with a different provider.
they said it was my responsibility to cancel AGAIN!
i had to email and snail mail my complaint to take off the charges. 3 weeks later i get a letter saying that my charges would remain and i owed them. WTF?
so i had to do the whole routine again becaise I'll be damned if i'm paying something i cancelled and don't want.
same result and i had to do it all over again.
it took about a year to finally get the charges off my account and then i had to get a letter from them to send to the credit reporting companies to clear my credit.
I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE BASTIDS EVER AGAIN!

looks like still hit and miss (got one reply from you) since this morning...emails not getting returned though, so not sure what is going on.
Jack, are we going to lose the site at gametime tommorrow? A lot of good cappers never got their post in and didn't come back for the late games?
