Hi Guys,

I am thinking about buying the Samsung 46" Lcd Flat Panel, Model #LNT4671.

A friend of mine recommended this too me. He said it is one of the best TV's out right now that is still priced reasonably.

I am not a big electronics guy, so I was hoping that someone here could help me out.

Should I buy this one, or is there another one that you would recommend?

Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

The samsungs are excellent, they make some of the best LCDs for the money.......under $2500 is a good deal for that model.

excellant TV

hard to beat Samsung picture quality.

especially their contrast ratio.

be prepared to empty at least $2,500 +

list for $3,200 at Samsung web site.

one mistake people make it being wowed by the picture quality of LCD and fail to get a large enough screen for the particular room they are going to use the TV.

I have a 52" for the TV Room in my house and wish it was bigger. We sit appox. 10 feet away from the screen..

Also have a 26" LCD as my computer monitor and wish I had gotten a 32" .

Samsung is awesome. But Phillips and others also make quality products.

just food for thought.

Sams Club is a good place to shop and compare quality and pricing.

Thanks for all of the responses guys, I really appreciate it.

I think I am going to buy it, but as Dice mentioned I will check out the glare issue.

As Old School recommended, I may go a bit bigger but still have not decided on that either.

Thanks again.

I was going to buy the exact same TV... However I realized that for the same price I could get a 61 inch samsung DLP TV. Obviously it isnt a flat screen but it is by no means big. its probably less than a foot thick. I don't regret upgrading from 46 to 61 one bit.
