He will point out that we need to help Saudi Arabia, because they have taken care of many terrorists who have struck at their own oil refinery and delivery businesses. They are helping us on the war on terror, because they are making sure they don't lose any oil production capabilities to make sure they remain rich and a part of OPEC, and in turn can continue to provide us oil at $100 a barrel. They are protecting their interests very well in their selective war on terror in their own country, so Bush can label them as being tough on terror in general.
