Why is Bush over in Saudi, not only kissing Abdullahs ass, but planning to sell them highly intricate weapons. weapons that could be used to shoot down planes.

I wouldn't give those fukers a box of straws, and a pocket full of spit balls. And would not even talk with them, until they drop oil and gas prices drastically.

FACT, SAUDI ARABIA IS STILL THE LEADING MOMENTARY PROVIDER TO AL QUEDA.

Never before in history has a president of the United States had such a close relationship with another foreign power as President Bush and his father have had with the Saudi royal family, the House of Saud. I have traced more than $1.4 billion in investments and contracts that went from the House of Saud over the past 20 years to companies in which the Bushes and their allies have had prominent positions -- Harken Energy, Halliburton, and the Carlyle Group among them. [/B]

Shamrock, it is pointless. I need to heed my own advice, but DTB is a Republican shill.

Can't wait to hear Wayno's take on this.

I guess I just hate America and am supporting the terrorists when I say that Bush is a goddamn criminal who could care less about protecting the US from arab attackers.

Saudi can almost do no wrong. It's a fascinating double-standard relationship we have with them.

It is quite a phenomena. The right has no problem with selling us out to the Saudis, the nation that puts more money into "islamo fascist" terrorism than any on the planet.

LOL...now that's funny! But seriously that's why guys that think like you ain't president. The big boys will have em drop that inflated oil price in time. Obviously right now they want a slowed down economy.

why were we in bed with the mass murderer stalin?......why?..maybe because we had a mutual enemy that could be much more dangerous?...it was the right thing to do at the time...

sorry to answer that so simply......but,we need their cooperation....

the world is a complicated place.....you don`t think that the clinton administration had dealings with the saudis?....

of course they did...and the chinese...how about the nuclear espionage scandal during the clinton era that was buried?.....coming back to haunt us now....

geo-politics is a very fluid entity....if only it were as easy as saying, "f-ck you' and burning bridges with allies that we need.....

and all allies aren`t necessarily ideological brothers....everyone has their own agenda and uses allegiances for their own benefiit.....

You still have no idea why we invaded Iraq and who is behind it. Wow. Just keep flying the flag, thinking that you are true blue, and keep selling us out. Have you ever even researched the Carlyle group? Do you know what war profiteering is? Do you know who the little dipshit you voted into office is in bed with? Dumb ass blind "patriotism". Thanks for your contributions to America.

Oh sorry, its all about keeping you safe from Islamo Fascists terrorism. Sleep tight, and keep waving the flag. Oh yeah, and don't forget your "Support the Troops" bumper sticker.

Clinton gave the Chinese nukes....:00x12

Every damn post comes back to Clinton. You and Wayno really need to get a support group together, or get help of some kind. This Clinton obsession has gotten way out of control.

I'll help Wayne out on this, until he gets back. He will point out that we need to help Saudi Arabia, because they have taken care of many terrorists who have struck at their own oil refinery and delivery businesses. They are helping us on the war on terror, because they are making sure they don't lose any oil production capabilities to make sure they remain rich and a part of OPEC, and in turn can continue to provide us oil at $100 a barrel. They are protecting their interests very well in their selective war on terror in their own country, so Bush can label them as being tough on terror in general.

[Okay, so I embellished a little...:SIB ]

Love the quote by GWeasel on how we were in bed with Stalin in a cooperative effort.

Just love when we buddie with the better of two really Bad guys . As that idiot on Tv- Dr Phil would say:
" hows that working out for ya "

we buddied up with The Dictator in Panama and then had to remove him. We were buddies awhile back with Osama(when he was fighting off the Russians in afghanistan )and I think its fair to say that it backfired just a wee bit.Oh wait -It was and IT still is a fvcking disaster
we used to be buddies with Saddam way back because he was holding Iran at bay. That backfired if we believe GWB's lies to get us into this war
We were friendly with the Shah of Iran thirty years ago. The people of that country got tired of his bull crap and removed him.and we never had to fire a shot
The iron curtain feel .The Soviet Union collapsed and we never had to fire a shot.Because the people of those countries rose up ON THEIR FVCKING OWN and did it them FVCKING selves.
see the difference when the people really really really really want it- IT happens. I learned about it in school back in the day when I took Amercan History and I read about the 13 colonies rising up to gain their independence.
Lesson to be learned here is- NATION BLDG IS COSTLY and doesnt work so well unless the PEOPLE want it themselves first.
Lesson number 2 - avoid countries with religious fanatics of different sects- doesnt work at all there.
lets start another thread on how long we think it will take us to get OUT of IRAQ-
You war-mongers just dont ever get it-EVER!.
Keep cleaning your guns and renewing your NRA memberships.that will keep you safe - it must suck to live in fear 24/7 -365 days a year.Boo- hope I didnt scare ya!

Have to give you credit Chad--you remember last answer I had--its being retained by someone anyway--maybe not futile attempts after all. ;)

Heres your answer Gary and I'm sure the response will same as last time.

heres about 4 pages of Alqauda/terrorists saudi's have captured or killied--http://www.angelfire.com/ultra/terroristscorecard/SA.htm

--would anyone care to put up list Clinton admin captured or killed--silence I'm sure.
--let me give you a hint the # is fewer than the times either bill or hiliary said "I can't recall" in depositions.
:)

Dumbest attempt at making a point ever. How about we put up a *list* of how many Americans have died due to terrorism and "wars on terrorism" during Clinton and Bush years. ....I don't think you would like that angle.

It's painfully obvious to most how oil rather than security dictates our relationship with Saudi Arabia.
