What is your ideal breakfast, cost not being an issue????

There's this little European style breakfast/lunch place near my house. They serve amazing breakfast, not your run of the mill kind of place.

They make this scramble with Salmon, Gouda cheese and fingerling potatoes. They also have imported jams and fresh baked breads. I love this place.
