My original thought on this years Super Bowl was that the G men would give the Pats a run for their money. After further review......:nono:
Spent all day capping the big one and all signs point to a New England romp! Here is some information you might find valuable.
The SU winner of Super Bowl is 33-5-3 ATS
The team with the better record is 27-9 SU
The avg winning margin is Super Bowl history is 15.8
The avg total score is Super Bowl history is 46.1
The avg total score since 1985 is 53.2
The over is now 16-8 the past 24 and 7-3 the past 10
I suppose if you like the Giants , you might as well bet them ML. I just think this run of road wins it gonna catch up with them. Eli has been wonderfull , but I think it's an awful lot of pressure on his shoulders to be put in this spot so soon after his brother won the big one.
The effort at Lambu is fresh in the bettors mind and my guess is Vegas might be moving this number down trying to get more on the G men bandwagon. I expect it to say at or around 12 then creep back up closer to game day.
21 current New England players have Super Bowl experience.... New York has 2.
Something that puts this play over the top for me is a system I stumbled across that's hit 90% of the time if one team betters the other in 3 of these 4 catagories...
Rush Yards per game NE 115.6 NYG 134.2
Pass Yards per play NE 8.2 NYG 6.3
Time Of Possession NE 32:33 NYG 31:21
Turnover Margin NE +18 NYG -5
This system is 29-3-1 ATS and 32-1 SU when it applies....
The Pats have destroyed every regular season record. What's left? Going down in history as the best NFL team ever and breaking as many Super Bowl records along the way.
