I'd like to hear some other thoughts.
I got a couple of choices myself but would love hear from others. Rock n' Roll is what I know best.

My top 2:

Simon & Garfunkel-Bridge Over Troubled Water

Rush-In the End

Love songs have never really done it for me but stuff concerning friendship would turn me on.

crap...am I getting intonxicrated or vhat?

And I howwwled
At the morning driving rain

A 70's tune originally written and performed by Andrew Gold. Doesn't really touch me like the others mentioned but thanks for sharing.

I'll check out whatever is offered.
My aversion to love songs might make contributions more difficult, and even the S&G tune could be argued to be a "love song," but I'm just suggesting that romantic stuff is not what I'm looking for--more so for stuff that reminds you about what's important to you in friendships.

crump, am I lever intoxilcraked.

Thank Hendrix the baseball season is still a few days away.
Think I've at least come to my senses about the Jays at the Yanks (see elsewhere). Maybe there is something to my system afterall.

sung to the christmas tune "we 3 kings"

WE THREE BUMS WHO DRINK FROM A JAR,
TRAVELING 'ROUND FROM BAR TO BAR.
GIN AND WHISKEY WE FEEL FRIIIIIISKY,
THAT IS THE WAY WE ARE.
OH, OHHHHHH, OHHHHHHHH.

thanks jack...I needed a laugh after spending the past (too long for purposes) responding to Mel.

I needed that.

I'll check out the others if I haint heard 'em.
I am comfortably numb presently.

I dig Queen, at times, but You're My Best Friend never really did it for me--a little to one-on-one but I'm looking for something more generic.

Does that make sense?
Not sure if I ever make sense but it seems a longshot presently.

Think I handled something else fine, though.
Might judge by the reactions.
I'm extrapolating it to remain quiet except for a few defensive confrontations.

Dig those last 2 IO.
I'm partial to the two I picked but those look good for a top 10 if I get there. Come to think of it--would be a good theme for a disc if I get roughly 78 or '9 minutes worth. Might make about 20 so far. I got a Neil Young song in mind, too, that would make it about 24.

an improvement over a previous but Sweet Leaf can't really be beaten as an ode to joy

good timing, though

I went Feb.21st to, what is it?, March 22 without

It Can Be Done.

Maybe not by choice.
