OCALA, Fla. (AP) -- Action star Wesley Snipes was found not guilty of federal tax-fraud and conspiracy charges Friday, but was convicted on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file a tax return.
Snipes and two co-defendants, a delicensed accountant and a tax protest leader, were indicted in 2006. Snipes faced six additional counts of willful failure to file a tax return from 1999-2004, a period in which he signed two contracts for more than $10 million on sequels in the "Blade" trilogy. He was acquitted on three of those and convicted on the others. He could be sentenced to three years in prison after originally facing a possible 16 years.

Maybe he'll get on Bush's pardon list witth the 2 Border Patrol agents. Makes no sense to me. He could make another 50 Million taxable dollars in 3 years. I never saw a bad Wesley Snipes movie

:00x32

New Jack City, Passenger 57, White Men Can't Jump, and Money Train were terrible.

But 'Waterdance' and 'To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar' more than made up for them.:00hour

they exfoliate to a certain degree. Maybe Jack has some old dead skin he would like to be rid of??!!?!?!!? Which of course brings us back to Vinnie's statement. That is why this is so perplexing? Almost like a an oxymoron.:0corn

Snipes sentence

Snipes sentence

My only concern is according to the papers the prosecution wanted the judge to make an example of him. I was unaware that the purpose of the judicial process was to make an example of an individual with no past hx with the law. Yes he desrves to be punished, but three years for not filing is a joke in my opinion
