I know there is a ton of articles on the web for this, but I want to get everybody's take on it. I have poor money management and every damn week I think there is a GOY, and I lay way too much money on it.
I guess all in all, I like to gamble to make the games more interesting, and money is a sidebar, BUT, I need the money that I'm gambling with. I guess you can associate that with a gambling problem.
Last year I ended up breaking even because of the bowl's. I don't bet that much at all. $20-$150. But I probably take 10-15 games during the weekends in the the fall. I am wanting to start with a small amount... maybe around $500-$750 and try to make a small profit or break even for the football season.
I need to stop putting the majority of my roll on just one game. I love football and laying some change on the game makes it a lot better, but sometimes I get out of hand. I need to have something written in paper before I make my bets, to help me out with my money management.
Hopefully someone has had this problem and fixed it... Or hell... everybody is still trying to fix it :mj07:
