the only rules i propose is;

i get to pick the $200 champagne and the cheap champagne (under 10 bucks a bottle).

i do this hoping that i don't pick a brand that you are familiar with. you won't know the brands prior to tasting.

since it's a 50/50 shot for anybody we have to have a sampling so you're going to have to pick correctly 6 out of 10 tries.

tasting will be done every 15 minutes for the 10 tries and in random order of my choosing.

we will need a blind fold.
