Great job Lawrence!

Please say hi to your family from the "Nole in Vol Land" crew!

Be sure to take the kids to "Indy 4". Good stuff. "Prince Caspian" was very good as well.

I love this... In the future I want to build around a 1k gallon pond. $$ and time consuming, but its worth it.

I have had an aquarium ever since I've been a kid, and I think having a pond would be awesome.

I have a 75 gallon aquarium now housed w/ cichlids and absolutely love it.

thanks for info. I did see little water lettuce about a half inch floating around. it does mulitply.

will definitely get Microbe Lift.

right now I am using POND-ZYME with BARLEY pond cleaner.

would like to see some pics if you have 'em

I used the barley straw, but it just ain't what they make it out to be.... Pond-zyme is okay, but micro is the shizznit...

I'll try to post a few pics of the pond, but I am retarded when it comes to pics on the net shit.... Plus, I'm sure dawgball will make fun of of my grass.... LOL :mj07:

Pond is in full bloom right now... :00hour

Swing out back makes for a perfect place to "lay" down for a while.... ;)

Koi grower...beer brewer... Renaissance-man.... yeah, that's the tao! :SIB

I have much larger plans for the back yard... :)

Thanks, boss! :)

The water lillies in the middle of the pond have some nice blooms, but they close up each night and I took these early this morning before work, so they were not opened up yet....

I tried to take a few pics of the koi this afternoon when I fed them, but they didn't turn out very well....

I had solar lights all the way around the pond at 4 ft intervals, but Rebel (6 month old lab pup) has taken care of most of them.... Seems he likes to chew up my stuff even though he has plenty of toys, bones, etc to chew on.... (Hence, the hotwire...to keep his silly ass out of the pond and away from my koi!)

That monstrasity in the background is the waterfall.... It makes for great sound and I intend on covering it with rock at some point, but for now it provides oxygen for the fish and some relaxing sound.... :SIB

p.s. Yes, dawgball, I know that i need to do some weed pulling and add some mulch, etc. There just seems to be too damn many things to do around here.... LOL

looks great.... I like that slate rock you used around the edges to hide the liner..

Yeah...some of the pieces have come loose and I really need to go back around and patch it up some.... It was a liner and not a pre-fab...so it took some extra UMMPH! It requires a little more upkeep.... Personally, I enjoy the sound thru my bedroom window more than the view, but I'll get back to it eventually.... I have a pile of slate waiting to be put into place. :142smilie
