Yeh they all make mistakes.

Maybe Hillary had someone slip him a micky in his drink. I wouldnt put it past her.

Hillary - " Oh I was under attack in Bosnia from snipers. Get down, get down as the bullets wizzed over our heads. I have experience under fire"

I think outright lies are differant from gaffs that can happen to anyone talking so much.

I dont know it all evens out.

No more debates.

I dont like any of the three, and have said so many times. However the debate between Old and New thinking. Is what im looking forward to. If it was Hillary and John i'm afraid it would just sound like what we have listen to last 8 years. John is just as liberial as she and Bush. Obama in a strange way may be more conservative then both.

take a chance for change djv.

He will be carrying a tremendous weight on his shoulders to be the best he can be and to turn things around. If he fails miserably there will not be another black man in this office for the next 100 years.

He will get washington to work together for the best for all. He will put people in positions and let them do their jobs. He will cut waste and stop the total corruption we have seen for so many years.

And if he goes schizo and is praying 5 times a day in the oval office, we kick him out in 4 years.

I predict if he is elected Obama will have one of the highest ratings of any President in the last 16 years.

"There have been 57 states since Mother Teresa Kerry financed his presidential campaign. The flagmakers just haven't ketched up to that fact."

Holy shiite. Move over mage, step aside Hedge, we have the new front-runner.

Your missing his latest Clint--

Obama--"I had an uncle who was one of the ? who was part of the first American troops to go into Auschwitz and liberate the concentration camps. And the story in our family was that when he came home, he just went up into the attic and he didn't leave the house for six months"

problem is his mother is only child--
--and U.S. troops did not liberate Auschwitz at all. The Red Army did in January of 1945

When called on it he responded was his great uncle at some other place in war--guess we'll never know about the 6 months in attic.

-but have idea it would be similiar to his book where he talks about reading article of black man in Time magazine using chemicals to lighten his skin--Time mag told Chi tribune no such article ever exited--Obama then said maybe it was Ebony--Ebony said nope not us.

Great uncle was part of liberating Buchenwald. So yeah, it wasn't his UNCLE uncle or Aushwitz, but it was still his relative and it was a Nazi death camp.

Do these details REALLY bother you that much, or are you just looking for anything? Amazing the scrutiny you put Obama under considering the ease at which you've let Bush and Cheney slide on their comments and personal/family histories. I would think you would place Cheney in the scum of the earth category based on his 5 deferments from military service during the Vietnam War. ...Right?

Two generations back, Obama's family: Great-uncle liberated Jews from concentration camp

Two generations back, W's family: Grandpa Prescott helped Hitler build the Nazi War Machine. Assets seized by the US gov't for helping the enemy.

It doesn't bother me much--I don't expect him to be too familiar with relatives --doubt Obama has ever had family reunion--;)
