Mike Pfleger speaks at Trinity in Chicago. How does this not hurt Obama? WOW, even worse than J. Wright.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this guy with Obama before, and I think they're long-term associates. I think it's wrong for any priest/pastor/minister to talk politics from the pulpit. This guy seems beyond radical.

I saw that guy defending Wright a while ago. I don't know if these people matter anymore. Clearly, they do not represent Obama.

Hmm he acknowledged in his book about how his church and pastor were his inspiration in growing up--

He acknowledged his pastor was his mentor and like uncle to him.

Even after wright videos came out he said he could no more disvow his pastor then his grand mother

Not until Wright said O agreed with him but as politician was telling people what they wanted to hear--then O comes out with G D reverend wright:142smilie

doesn`t hurt him with young white male dems who have done hard time in academia...or african americans...

We've had many people in the history of American politics, associated with racist men of God & other racist individuals and groups. The only difference, we are looking at a black man instead of a white man. Was Nixon a racist when he invited Billy Graham into the oval office & good ol' boy Billy disparaged the Jews ? I have friends and associates that say things all the time that I don't agree with. This game being played that a politician has to disassociate theselve from anyone that has an opinion is funny at best. We like all societies are racist, it's human nature. Just becuase you slience someone doesn't change their mind. Who are we trying to kid ? Are we afraid of the truth ? It has been said by many in the media that Hillary has some sense of entitlement. If you look at the way she conducted her campaign early on, she didn't expect Obama to be a credible opponent. There is no dobt that there are some in America that will shed tears if the day comes, a black man sits in the oval office. I don't think that can be denied. There are some Americans that cry when another race gets a job before they do. They blame it on affirative action and immigration. These are the same people that don't have a propblem with discrimination. That sense of entitlement for some in America is real. When you look at the history of a group of people that have felt superior because of the color of their skin and that edge is slowly being eroded, if thats all that they are standing on, tears are to be acspected. The day that the color of your skin does not help or hurt you in America will be a sad day for some.

Micheal (looks mighty light in those shoes, ya think) Flager is a joke and a camera whore. I'm sure he does some good stuff for his peeps but he's not taken too seriously here. He goes after small Arab/Korean grocers that sell cigs to minors and harasses liquor stores as well. Would like to see him go roust some GD's on the West side selling coke and see how long his hair stays perfectly combed.

Pay him no mind, we don't.
