Never had Famous Daves back East, but they're all over here in Vegas.
I'm a pc illiterate, don't know how to post pics, but if I did I'd have to post one from left field,
my fav - an old standard that has saved many a failed kitchen experiment - Worcestershire.
And none of that French's stuff either,
or that organic crap an ex-bimbo brought back from Whole Food Markets when I asked her to pick some up for me, it's GOTTA be L&P's.
For my wings?
Easy - homemade:
1 part brown sugar,
1 part red wine vinegar,
1 part butter
and 4 parts Franks
(sometimes I add a half a pkg of Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix; gives it a different edge)
Next time you're in Vegas try Rosemary's, on Sahara, they have a unique barbecue sauce that is great, comes with their shrimp appetizer with Maytag Blue Cheese. I'd offer to buy but I'm off on a new adventure at the end of this month, (never could find good ribs out here - I was a Chicken Holiday guy back in NJ) going foreign for the next 12 months,

Surfin' time is very limited, but I pop in the boxing forum to trade info with Frank, GW and others once or twice a month; a good group there.
I will be leaving the country last week of June,
trying to get back to NJ see family and friends before I go, so I may not be around mid-month. Once my travel plans are set I'll drop ya an e-mail, hopefully our schedules can accomodate a long over due lunch or drink.
