I own 2 rentals in the Ball State area and both have hot girls in them. This pervert keeps harassing them in little ways. The girls like to keep their porch light on to come home to. He walks across the street and onto thier porch and unscrews the bulb. I'm sure it was so he could look in their window hoping for some skin. If they park ON THE STREET in front of his home, he'll go tell them to move their car. The kids are intimidated so they do it. Talking to him has do no good over several years so I'm ready to make his life miserable. All suggestions appreciated.

I have considered having a junker towed in and left in front of his house.
Just yesterday, sent a guy over to top out a tree. When he pulls up and still on the street, this guy comes out and tells him he doesn't want any of his equipment in his yard. He doesn't even know where the work is to be or why the guy is there!
I know this sounds petty, but we keep those rentals in better shape than his home and have trouble keeping good renters because he is and has been such a tool over the years.

Would consider that but the rental market is so tough at BSU and he's already mentioned that his house is paid for and he doesn't want to move. Have considered some frivolous lawsuit just so he would have to spend the money to defend himself.
I come to this site everyday because everyone is for the most part level headed and get along well. Just dig down to your dark side for me. I am telling you, this guy is a total jerk.
