6'4" - 235lbs.

I've recently changed my diet and started working out again. I expect to lose some weight and get back near the 220lbs I want to be at.

Lost 55 lbs in past year

Used to have a beer gut, but no more. I'm sure I would still weigh 225-230 if I didn't get sick. Oh well, I plan on keeping this weight for a while:):)

5' 10" Usually come in around between 212-216 depending on diet for the week and proper attendance at gym. Last two weeks have been unable to workout and may have lost a pound or two. Could definitely stand to lay off the carbs a bit and work on the obliques and abs but at 43 I take what I can get. Football season I tend to lose a few cuz I am running and more cardio.

I don't know how yoguys are my height and like 165. Don't know how you do it.
