I'll post a few things, mainly about people I met for the first time or spent more than just a few secs with other times...
Got to Belterra with my buddy Nick about 1800 on Friday. Went and played the 7pm tourney with a lot of the other guys. Handicapper was the only one to finish in the money with a strong 5th place. He had also cashed earlier in the day at the other tourney, and Saturday, while many of us were hacking, he won nearly a dime in the cash game. He's a poker playing machine, and the whole place knows him and calls him by name. If you know Allan, you're the chit! :00hour
Hung out with gmroz for a while and ate some chitty food. Fun guy to hang with, exceptionally well-read, deep thinker, and no, we didn't discuss religion.
Caught up with a bunch of the guys later in the bar area. Met fatdaddycool for the first time. I'll have to say he's exactly as I expected. Lots of fun and a big story teller. Not sure how I missed the carjacking story on here before, but that's quite a tale! :shrug:
Wineguy's girl, Angela was quite a hoot; guess I look like Wineguy (Chuck) too :kiss: huh Angela? :shrug: :mj07:
Smurphy was there too with a quite awake Kosar! Tons o' fun, but I was rather dissappointed in his non-pickup of the the 6'2" blonde. :shrug: Too easy I guess?? Anyway, we socialized a lot Friday and saturday night. Good times, and lots of laughs.
