this was smart,imo...eliminates bock`s 2012 competition(keep your friends close and your enemies closer)....

the one that threw me was napolitano of arizona as homeland security chief.....i mean, she did such a great job on the arizona border...

if they`re gonna choose an arizonan(is that correct..lol),hows about sheriff joe arpayo or ar1?....

hasn`t anybody in power noticed how deftly "donald trump west" handles those millions and millions in rental properties?...

..............................................................

news forecast.

Hillary is 61

Joe Biden is 66

In four years Hillary runs as VP

In 2016 she runs for President.

Even the simple things throw you for a loop gw.

Huh? Seriously, are you on drugs.

If Obama is still alive and wants to run again in 2012, there's a 100% chance he'll get the nomination. No matter what happens in the next four years. There is no 'competition.'

Wtf is wrong with you, man?

I dunno, Al. I think she'd be fine as Sec of State in itself, but man.

There are/would be a lot of landmines for Obama on this one, I believe.

Starting with the vetting (mostly Bill's) and ending with Hillary possibly/probably veering from the 'company line' as she's out there.

I'm about 50/50 in my mind as far as trusting that she'd be loyal, for lack of a better word.

Not sure. It would be a risky selection that also could work out very well.

Toss-up IMO.

of course you're right...but i think it shows that obama is not insecure because of this selection & not that it matters but it got points with me...

did you have somebody else in mind for the job ?

i can't think of anybody...

now i would like to see obama choose sam nunn as sect'y of defense...

No, I don't have anybody else in mind and the other two 'front-runners', Richardson and Kerry do not really inspire confidence. DEFINITELY not Kerry.

I like Hillary enough, I guess kind of, but appointing her Sec of State might subject Obama to a whole lot of problems that are not necessary.

Stay off those blogs, Ray.

While the 2006 elected Illinois state treasurer is fascinating stuff, I think we have some other problems a little more pressing.

Did you hear? The election is over.

:mj07: :mj07: sorry sir will never do it again
