My wife eats vegetarian for moral reasons. My diet (pescatarian) is for health reasons.
Interested in that diet. Wife here is limited to 7 grms of fat a day for health reasons.

I am glad my doc has not banned me from eating meat except fish, I would be one hungry sum bitch, lots of tuna
I try not to eat too much red meat, in fact I use ground turkey instead of ground beef, just because I do not like all the fat in beef and low fat beef is too dry
I prefer to be an omnivore
There is also a crawfish conrbread that is freakin the bomb. Will make you slap your old lady if you eat it.
