has anyone try to stop smoking

yup, works great. i never even had a thought about smoking a cigarette for about 3 weeks. got so many side effects from that pill i had to stop taking it. the next day i was back to smoking.
google it. there are so many complaints about that pill.

i didnt get side effects until around the 3rd week. and i never had one smoke, didn't even think about it. as soon as you stop taking the pill, you'll go right back. all that pill is doing is fucking with your brain. wait till you get the pains back from old injuries. weird shit going on with that med.

fisrt let me explain i smoke 4 packs a day kools which u all know is the worst of them all u have to want to give up smoking no pills no patches just wake up one morning and say thats it thats what i did and that was 15 years ago i am 69 and feel great and look how much money i save so now i have more to pay the man i hope you all listen to a older guy thats been though all that bullshit good luck to you what ever way you go

I knew a guy that smoked 2 packs a day and it seemed like he always had one burning.
i quit in august and have fallen off the wagon a few times. But stay the course now.
I preferred cigars

Ray and others...My ol lady took Chantix and complained about the dreams (actually popped me a couple times on 2 different occasions). She started taking it April 15th and has had just one here and there when we were out drinking and she had the urge, but she has been "clean" since April 15th...I've heard the negative stories, but she used it to quit so there is a successful one...and thank the lord...I hate smoking (cigarettes)...
Did it cold turkey, but it was after about 4 attempts over a period of about 15 years of smoking....All addictions are hard to break, the bottom line is you have to really want to do it...and no, it was not easy. :mj16:

Only kidding (sometimes I'd like to) but I just feel too good and like the $10,000 and counting that I've saved by quitting after 40 years.
It hasnt been an issue with me for years and I actually can't believe it took me so long to get it done. GL to all quitters!!!

I took Chantrix a year ago and haven't had a smoke since, Had to quit - had a heart attack. Didn't want to stop. I figured wow had to give up the booze 20 years ago and now I have to give up the smokes, It sucked, Chew a lot of gum. It will work. Side effects ? we 've had enough of them whe we were detoxing.
