they just said on cnbc the cubs and wrigley not part of the bankruptcy. How I do not know?

The worst part of the story which hasn't come out yet is that (I think) the retirement money of the employees of the Tribune company has been tied into the deal since day one. Zell was able to use their set aside money to help finance the original deal. The deal he is quite possibly unable to follow through on. Somehow, in todays financial world, you can buy a company with the employees own retirement packages.
I'm sure I got it wrong but I'm not that far off.

MLB most likely had access to ALL of Cuban's financial portfolio and pidgeoned on him to the Feds. I doubt he's gonna be looking to own the Cubs any time soon. They got what they wanted, now the Cubs will take what they can get.

Did a little drinking, exercising, and eating some of the best hamburgers I've ever had (not in that order). Thinking of heading to Vegas again soon. I've having the itch, ya know? I am playing in the madjack golf event coming up next month. Do you play golf? Good to hear your weekend was good. Hate being back at the firm today, after having a 5 day weekend

Well Ms. Kelly,
If I am ever in the greater DFW area, we should swing the sticks. I've actually got a friend that lives in Little Elm that i haven't visited in quite a while. Maybe it's time for a visit.
As for work, booooooooooooooooring. Seems like everyone has decided to keep to themselves pretty much. It's really making the day just drag by, really. I like to mingle and socialize, to help make the day go. Everyone is having the post 4th hangover I guess.
