lmfao!! Both have been obvious to me! :142smilie

seriously, if you were me, and you didn't know ax, would you not have thought the same thing??

Julene seems to be very witty and sharp but just doesn't know a lot of the site baggage/characters/history.

On the course!
Jack, that's fine......but he should do what he says then, and stop seeking attention with non-handicapping threads.

My personal thoughts are that he's not getting enough local talent commenting in his threads. Just the folks who came over. That's why we have posts like this. If you want to recruit.....fine. But don't come off like "I'm above all that" then.

As for the handicapping threads: I can't pour over what amounts to 400 IM's trying to figure out where the tidbits of gold are.

Guys,
I'm sorry I ever posted this. I originally posted this in the NBA thread to show some of the crew one of my early posts. I realized after it really didn't belong there. What's funny is that none of my originally intended audience probably saw this. It's all good. If talking to myself gives me the edge to be a better capper, so be it.
Again, I'm sorry I ever posted this and I'll stick to posting in my own NBA thread.
I meant no one disrespect.
Thank you.

First in your hearts.
Jack, I just meant that I never discuss sports, except to say that I went to a game or that I would bake cookies for Blake Griffin if he was hungry.

The only thing I can say about being here, ax, is that I have lurked everywhere and MJ's is the least tolerant of bashing. Sadly, it happens at every site I've ever visited. Some admins are just better at handling it.

Also, there are some great cappers here. They just don't discuss their games in depth. Frankly, I'm with Jack, I enjoy your in depth discussions.

I, for one, think its a tremendous value add to the site and hope they stick around.

It's definitely a "new generation" of members and a new view as to how to determine the best game to wager on.

I hardly ever bet on NBA but if this continues into baseball season, I will definitely participate in the discussion.

FWIW.

twenty five or thirty folks seeking the play[or plays] of the day..requires over-night lines in a ten-cent house that post totals..runlines..first five innings ..etc..etc..etc..

if this new generation of cappers can bang out bases with an up-todate daily record based on units won and lost with one unit equal to $100.00 ...ya got my attention and whatever knowledge I can add...be it not much..

Bases can humble the wagering kind..

best of luck.....:director: "touch them all"

Maybe you guys misunderstand where the guy is coming from and what he's trying to say?

He likes to discuss games so he can make better betting decisions. Imagine THAT? On a sports betting forum yet.

Go see for yourself the madhouse he just came from and the threads over there. This guy is serious about sports betting and so are the people he brings with him.

He damn near answers every single question asked to him in the handicapping threads and when you have 1000 people asking and bashing, I guess it got to be more than he wanted so he came here.

It won't be long before more and more join his threads and the bashing starts but I'll be damn sure there's no bashing in those threads. I'm liking what they bring here.

Maybe as the site owner that wants sports discussions I can overlook some stupid nit picking.

I've been looking for threads like his for over 10 years and I like what I am seeing from those guys so far.

blah blah blah
