Won't be able to do it for tomorrow's games as I have to get up real early & I'll be gone for most of the day...and I don't normally finish up til about 2:00am because of waiting on west coast games and then putting the stats in. It takes a little more time than I would like...but as long as it can go around .500 I will try and continue to do it, if nothing more for the simple reason, that I just like doing it. I plan to to it every day, but I'm sure I'll miss a day every now and then.

Just a few stats from the box scores then just working with them a little. The first 2 columns are just the ave runs scored & allowed for each team and the 3rd is on-base percentage...all for last 10 days...moving average. Have to keep a separate SS for pitchers & that data isn't shown although it's based on OBP also and not ERA's. I'd rather not get into the predicted score thing...it's not always that reliable anyway...but don't think any math thing really is...I'd rather know the teams and in's & out's like a lot of you do.

Thanks for doing this....I'm curious to see how well these stats hold up for w/ l and o / u....think I may plug this into an online tracker and see how it goes for the season for shits and giggles...

I'll be checking your SIN-DAY stats as well.

Sounds good to me...it's enough just doing this stuff without having to track myself...I don't have any idea how it will do in the long run. I haven't really even decided how I'm gonna determne a play yet.

I do know from football and learning about the bases is that one needs more than 1 way to look at a game...no matter how good he may think his 1 way is...it's never good enough. I tend to forget just the basic simple stuff that's right in front of my nose...like simply the margin of victory.

Fortunately, with the way my job is set up plus not having a lot of responsibilities these days I have some time...but unlike football...it's a chore cause they tee it up every day and you can't afford to miss a day if you won't to do it right.
