First in your hearts.
There are so many.

I use GasBAg (the free version) to keep track of car mileage.

I use WikiTap to look up wiki articles.

I also love bump, which is an app that lets you transfer all your contact info by bumping your phone against another phone.

There are so many free apps out there, and most of the rest only cost a buck or two. I don't spend much on apps. I get the free ones when I can.

Have you considered jailbreaking the phone? That really multiplies the number of free apps available.

what is jailbreaking the phone mean?

voids all warranties--but it "unlocks" the phones potential, alot of things not coded for the phone can be used on it once jailbroken...becareful if doing so, I know of a few guys that have pretty paper weights now do to trying to jailbreak the phone. It CAN shutdown and not reboot, or it could go well and you have a limitless phone

I play poker (zynga) has alot of free games for apps
but the flashlight, cbssportsline(the gambler in me has to know scores), chess by Caissa, are a few I have...they have one where u can tap into your cpu at home and thru the webcam watch whats going on in the house or whereever your cpu is located and looking at....i think thats cool. also have a remote app for power point for windows, theres tons out there FREE
