They claim on their website that they board by section AND number now. is that true and how in the hell do they coordinate that?

I have A27 :D

sounds like i am guaranteed to get exit row window :00hour

They have some columns lined up and monitors, they board A1 - 30 first after small children and business travelers

These two pics show you the new boarding gates. Everything is really nice in the new indy airport.

When I flew last year, there was a section of 10 or so numbers that you went to and inside that section, you swapped with other flyers until you were in order.

I always want the bulkhead if I can get it. WAYYYYY more legroom. That's what u should shoot for too.

All the A's line up and board and then the B's, and so forth. Just flew with them about 3 weeks ago. had A29 and I was like the 5th person to board, but there were some on the plane already...the preboard people. You'll pretty much get what u want if you have an A

nice! :thumb:

i'm usually the last A guy to board because i refuse to fight for position in line or stand in line 30 minutes early. now i'll be way ahead of my usual spot :toast:

i still don't understand why they needed that damn thing. the other one was just fine and 20 minutes shorter for me. what a waste.

you will save that time on the plane, from when you back away from the gate to the time you take off.

not sure how it is 20 min farther for you, I would guess maybe 10, and depends on day of time for traffic

new boarding system is awesome, you dont need to get in line until you board the plane:00hour

and the first 15 seats {A 1-15} are reserved for the "business" class and never fill up

you must be heading out in the morning, very good luck with cards Boss:toast:
