Voted - enthusiastically! My best friend got his masters at K-State, and I was there for this (from their website):

"and home of the 1997 celebration after K-State?s first victory over Nebraska since 1969 which included the tearing down of the goal posts and dragging them, en masse, down to Aggieville, Placing them on the roof of a favorite night spot!"

This was probably the single most fun day I've ever spent, at least at a sporting event. We were in Aggieville and closed down the bar Friday night, stayed up partying until about 5:00 am, napped for an hour (bad idea) and headed down to tailgate and was there by 7:30 for the 2:30 game. I literally pissed my pants about 11 am, and had to do some quick changing, ended up falling on the bleachers and killing my leg during the first half, and watched as those goalposts were dragged downtown through town. It was an amazing scene.

The bartender at the bar on Firday night was the single hottest woman I've ever seen (after a 12 pack or so) and that weekend will live in my hall of fame. What a great bar, and a great place to party - Aggieville rocks!

Great story and Thanks for the vote Chadman. I wouldn't know where to begin with mine....student ...Steve Grogan was in a class I had and I cheated...:142smilie , knew he'd have the correct ABCD answers.
