How did that 21 day cleansing work out for you last year? Just curious, as I started the same program today.

It worked great! Its a terrific program. The first week is very hard.. Not just the cravings but I had bad headaches. Your body will atcually have withdrawls from all the chemicals and crap that are in our food...

After that it was tolerable. After a week or more i had zero cravings for sugar, caffine, and yep even my precious beer..
My cravings for bread though never went away.

You will notice in a few weeks that with no chemicals you will not only be losing weight, but you will have a lot more energy during the day. The best part is how well I slept everynight...

I did work out some but nothing major. I just hate to work out.

I went from I think like 210 to 187 something like that...

The problem with the diet is that it is waaaay to strict. Its nothing anyone can keep up over the long term. At least most couldnt. So when it was over i over indulged a bit.

Bread and beer were back on the menu.

However in the last year I have just been more carefull about eating shitty all the time. We only keep healthy food in the house. With the exception of potato chips. No caffine and no sugar in the house..

Ive cut the booze down to weekends mostly..

So right now im hovering around 189 -191

Its a great way to clean out your system and drop pounds in a hurry. Best part is when you are done you can keep the weight off just by paying more attention to what you are eating.

If you have some questions feel free to ask

Thanks for the input. Day one went smoothly. My starting weight is 198lbs. I'm hoping that this cleanse puts me on a healthier track. I've been dining out multiple times weekly, and consuming beer and wine like a banshee. If nothing else, a 3 week booze and :weed: free existence should do me nicely.
