Weight Loss Update

Had my 9 month follow up with Dr. Vieira last Wednesday. I've lost a total of 210 pounds since Sept. 9! I feel like a million bucks and still appreciate all of your continued support and encouragement.

You been having to buy a lot of clothes lately with smaller sizes, or do you just wear belts. Reason I ask is before my surgery I weighed about 165 and put a lot of weight on afterwords (now I'm a little above 200) and was buying new sizes, pain in the ass.

good job Brent. Based on what I saw at the golf outing, you may want to save your old cloths and donate them to FDC. He spent about 4 1/2 hours in the buffet at belterra. I think he sets the radar detector in his car to go off every time he passes a Wendy's.
