not a recipe for meatloaf, everyone, his wife, his mother, etc has a favorite..however, decided to make " meatloaf wellington" yesterday .. could not find a recipe, so winged it ,, simple,, make your favorite meatloaf.. i cooked them on a rack for half [30 mins] the normal time.. just to get some of the grease out,, after cooling wrapped them in pastry dough.. brushed with egg wash then finished the cooking... awesome, will never make it any other way.. might consider using some pate as in real beef wellington ,, as always, served with mashed, peas, and homemade mushroon gravy.. try it, think you will love it !!!
