TEASERS
5-0 +7.20 units

week 3 looks a little tuffer but there are some lines that looks good when attaching the 13'

Cleveland at Baltimore Cleveland +13.50

Brownies plus 27..:scared
Ravens-even..

really don't think you can wrong either way here..Ravens giving up points in bunches[25 per game so far..so vaunted "D" is folklore at this point..

13 point by Browns should "LOCK":mj07: it down..and Ravens to good on "O" for Clev. to pull the upset..

more later...:sadwave:

CLEV. RAVENS..

O/U 38'

this is actually a nice natural over..

over 25 in the tease is a play for sure..

hell..13 each ...sweet

--------------------------------------

SF/MINN.-7

SF+20'
MINN. +6'

this sums it up ..
Brett...time to let it fly..

Keep your eye on ...
Brett Favre's arm strength: At some point, Minnesota will need Favre to make some deep throws. In the first two weeks, the Vikings were able to get by with Favre dinking and dunking his way down the field as Peterson carried the load. That may not be possible against a 49ers defense that shut down Peterson in their only previous meeting.

PITT/CINC

O/U 37
-----------------

UNDER 50'

OVER 23'

can Pitt's less than stellar offense help w/14 to 17 points of their own..They better or they will get beat outright and fall to 1-2 while the Ravens defeat Clev and moved to 3-0..

3 TD's in 8 Quarters...:nono:

Ben and Co. better find some "O" soon.

Somebody is going to light this team up.

You've got the record to do whatever you want, so no need to listen to me...

But I'd really consider taking the other side of the Pit/Cincy game. :)

thanks Wayne..

I hope your more frequent appearances here at MJ's means that you are doing better ..

thadchr,

Thanks for dropping in ..

I am of the opinion that Pitt. is the luckiest and most overrated team in the last 10 years of the NFL..

I see nothing special about this team..Piss poor O line..pathetic running game..and a "D" that feast on the likes of Hou...Cinc. without Palmer..Clev. useless Browns..BUT when they play a quality team durning the regular season they either struggle or lose outright..ie..2008 reg. season.. lose to Philly..Indy[in Pitt.] Giants[in Pitt.] ..

Is this the year they are exposed:shrug: ..maybe..but once again their schedule has the tuffer teams outside the divison coming to them and the weaker foes are a travel game for Steelers..

We shall see..

I like Cinc. to score at least 17 today..thats 34' w/the tease....35 points by this edition of Steelers. ..hard to imagine this "O" with that kind of production..

best of luck today..

truth of the matter is.."better to be lucky than good any day of the week.."

furthermore these 13' [4 selection teasers] are more about staying away from the blowouts and being on the wrong side...truth of the matter is..there are usually only a handfull of sides and or totals that will ruin the play..just a matter of ones best guess with facts and figures mixed in to make it look like real capping;)

bookmaker doesn't have those teasers so i went with a 4 team 7 pointer tease that pays out 2 to 1.

BAL OVER 31.5
BAL -6.5
CIN +10.5
CIN UNDER 44

just $100 to win $200

good luck!

we got soaked here at the beach so imagine Crabtown got the same..

Sloppy track will not help Clev.

This Ravens team, while not the "D" jauggernaught they once were...have the "O" now to win it all..

Of course that means stopping Peyton from ripping them a new...:mj07:

TEASER[13']
2 UNITS
WINNER :yup

Tennessee at New York Jets
:slomo New York Jets +11':yup

either side w/the tease is probably ok..Tenn. playing with the urgencey of their season on the line because of the glaring stat of 0-3 teams missing the playoffs.
Jets have swagger and a "D" that has apparently bought into the "Bad Boys of Ryan Legacy"

Give me the 11' at home which means Tenn. has to have 2 unanswered TD's for me drop this segement of the play..

Keep in mind..there are going to be teams that fall apart this year..Playoff teams change every year..Given that Tenn. let a game get away from them at Pitt. to start the season and then gave up 34 points to a less than world beater Hou. in front of their own Honky Tonk swill the beer crowd..
Titans are prime to hit the cellar..

Jacksonville at Houston
:slomo Houston +10:yup

maybe my stupidest reasoning so far this young season..Houston uses their "Do Over" and rides the crest of the spanking of Tenn. last week to a victory over Jacksonville in front of the Houston faithful.
Plus as lame as the Jags "O" is a 17 spot by Hou. pushes the teased side to + 27 and Jags would have to score 4 TD's on the road be provide the ruination of this sgement of the play..

Cleveland at Baltimore
:slomo Baltimore -0.5 :yup

This Ravens team is good enough that in spots where they are double digit fav's at home they can be used in multi 13' teasers with a good amount of certainty that they get the cover. Last season and again this season I used Indy... Balt. is lookin' more and more like a team for that purpose this year..The big diff...Confident QB ..added to the running game and yes..a little slippage by their "D" ..but not enough to warrant concern against the likes of the Browns..This sets up a search for only three sides of a 4 teamer and believe me ..that is a huge edge when playing the goofy teases..
Make no mistake..can get burned in a 1 lose all lose ..just not today..

Miami at San Diego
:slomo San Diego +7.5 :yup

Fish coming in on short rest vs a Charger team that while less than stellar can post a 21 today and push the Charger total to 28'..Can't see a fish team posting 29 or better on the road w/no better passing game than they have..
Fish have won 7 straight vs Chargers..hell beat their ass again again..by 7:D
neither team good enough to reach the Super Bowl

Easy fellas, the Steelers had the toughest schedule last year and won it all. You don't win Super Bowls with smoke and mirrors.
I'd never lay big points with them and your Cincy teaser should be fine because they never blow anyone out. But to use the "O" word is ridiculous.
Settle down Jailbird fan, I mean Jack... moon1
