I am amazed at this too. It happens on every gambling board over a thousand times each week. If you bet parlays, which are not wise, why bet a three team parlay if you are going to hedge the last pick. Makes no sense.

Jack........Now, my potential "hedge" was on a season long wager, and had an 8-1 payout.

This guy's hedge could have already been won after two games.
