I think they pulled McCoy with almost 6 minutes left last week.

He did throw for 4 TDs before leaving though...

I am on A&M pretty large. I think they will be able to score a lot of points in this game.

Why do you think this? Texas' D is #3 in the nation. I think a&m will struggle to score against Muschamp's defense. Texas should have no trouble at all scoring on a&m's hapless defense.

That being said, I don't know who I'm going to play yet. Still looking at it.

I thought A&M would be able to cover the large spread last year too... Wow what a mistake... A&M might have a good offense, but Texas has a really good defense

I dont know fellas.. I think this is too many points.. Yes Texas is a dominating football team to say the least. But A&M has the talent to keep this one close imo

Both Texas & Florida know they have to 'keep up' with each other...that's one reason it's hard to go against either one even when you think you have a good deal. And have never known Mac to take it easy on anyone or be shy about covering.

I took A&M +22.5. If this game was in Austin, then I'd agree that UT wins in a blowout. I believe the game being in College Station this year will be a huge advantage and the Aggies keep it close for awhile.

UT could still win by 21, but I'd hit my number too. So, that's all that really matters.

Aggie insight

Aggie insight

Couple of reasons why I think my aggies will cover.

Number 1
The defense plays completely different at home. I think we will be able to stop the Longhorn offense on a couple of series. I do not think we will keep them to 10 points but I think we can keep them to around 30.

Number 2
The offense will score points. At home we are averaging at least 30 points per game. Also, the t.u. defense is good but I think they really haven't played a really good offense recently. I am not saying we have a really good offense but this isn't the Big 12 of last year were every team was scoring at will. I think we score a couple of times.

Number 3
IT IS AT KYLE FIELD! Period!

Number 4
This is the 10th anniversary of the fall of Bonfire. I get emotional just talking about Bonfire!!!

Final score

Texas 29
Texas A&M 17

Let me help you out here on the "t.u." game aggy:

Couple of reasons why I think my aggies will cover.

Number 1
The defense plays completely different at home. I think we will be able to stop the Longhorn offense on a couple of series. I do not think we will keep them to 10 points but I think we can keep them to around 30. A&M gave up 30 points at home to Utah St. Okie St. put 36 on the gomes at home and their offense isn't close to Texas'. Yes, the ags only gave up minimal points to ISU and Baylor, but those are really bad teams. Texas will easily score in the 40's on the wretched crew defense.

Number 2
The offense will score points. At home we are averaging at least 30 points per game. Also, the t.u. defense is good but I think they really haven't played a really good offense recently. I am not saying we have a really good offense but this isn't the Big 12 of last year were every team was scoring at will. I think we score a couple of times. a&m won't score 30 points in this game or even close to it. I'll give them 10-17 pts at best. Texas has shut down every team's offense they've played this year and a&m's won't be any different.

Number 3
IT IS AT KYLE FIELD! Period! Kyle Field is DKR east to Texas. The crowd factor and home field advantage is no longer an issue in college station. a&m loses a lot of games there every year and the only decent team the ags played at home (OSU) beat them.
Number 4
This is the 10th anniversary of the fall of Bonfire. I get emotional just talking about Bonfire!!! The bonfire anniversary will have no bearing on a&m trying to hang with Texas. The Horns are much, much more talented and much better coached that a&m.

Final score

Texas 29
Texas A&M 17

There are some facts for you to consider. IMO Texas covers pretty easily and aggy finishes the season 6-6.

Well I am biased towards Texas so take it for what it is worth but this is how I see it playing out:
Texas has struggled early in games this year even against weaker teams such as Wyoming(led 13-10 at half),Colorado(trailed 14-10 at half),TT(led 10-3 at half) and Central Florida(led 14-3 at half).
They have also buried a few teams in the 1st half as well(OKST,Missouri,Utep,BU).
I think A&M will ride the crowd in the 1stH and keep this close early maybe even survive until halftime.

I think Texas covers but this is how I am gonna play it.

A&M 1stH play for 165 win 150
Texas for the game 220 win 200

If A&M stays within the 1stH number then I am unloading on Texas in the 2ndH as I know Texas will pull away in the 2ndH and maybe I can even get the triple with 1stH,2ndH, and game.

If A&M doesn't cover the 1stH then they are not covering the game and I will probably leave it alone and take my 35 winning for the night.

Seems like a smart route to try and win a big amount with little risk based on Texas history this season.

Good luck.

I can't bet A&M even at home with a defense that gave up 65 to OU and it could have easily have been alot more if OU wanted.
