Yes Sir- been since 4th of July.

Believe we did it this time:toast:

Now got work on weight

Peaked (I hope) at 240--now down to 232.

Got 20 to 25 more that need to go--with that being said we got our office Christmas lunch today and I'm been thinking what I will pig out on.

weight is a big problem that I will work on after the 1st. I can't go on a weight loss mission these next 2 weeks. impossible!
