Ok, Ok...last 2 years, yours truly, dresses up and visits my kids elementery school...

visit pre-k, k, 1st, 2nd, 3rd grades....

bring goodies to the kids and tell them to do well in school...

Santa was skinner this year...maybe next year need to buy a fat suit...

It's pretty special, Santa walks in the pre-k and k and the kids eyes BUG out their heads...

they each get a candy cane and I give a Santa doll to each teacher..the Santa 'watches' the kids during the year and the teacher 'reports' back to me if they have been good or bad....


Every kid this year wants a Nintendo DSi, Wii, PSP, Xbox..etc...

what happened to soldiers, dolls, tanks, board games, etc...

times are changing..

Years ago I dressed up as Santa...stopped at a Quik Mart (in uniform), had to buy a pack of cigs.

Scared the daylights out of a young small black kid with his mother leaving the store. :142smilie
