In overtime if a team blocks a field goal can it be returned for a TD thus ending the game. Also if the PAT is blocked can it be returned for 2 points.

just an fyi... it's not dead on a turnover in OT. i once had a 10 or 11 point dog in OT fail to cover when they gave up a touchdown. then, on their possession, they turned it over and it was returned for a touchdown. they lost by 13. unless they have changed the rule recently, i know all too well that the ball is not dead on a turnover in OT.

actually i should clarify, they changed the rule years ago and a team cant score on defense if they've already scored.....thus, a team cant win by more than 8 (td + 2 pt conv)
