Happy to back Charlie up this time...not entirely sure what happened with Denise, but this one was all about the chick.

Sounds like a real classy woman  ...wanted the 'fame' more than the man.

Wants to be taken out to socialise...funnily enough the recovering cocaine addict would rather sit at home and stay out of trouble.

She was in his face, he pushed her out of it.

Sounds reasonable to me.

mr c....

very disappointed that you would back sheen up....i read that the cops noticed red marks on the girls neck, the kind you get when somebody is trying to strangle a person....the guy is a scumbag who has a history of abusing women & yet you are willing to back sheen up....imo abusing women, children, & animals are the worst kind of crime a person can commit & shouldn't be shrugged off by people....

BROOKE: In the bathroom.

911: And which room are you in?

BROOKE: In the kitchen. I thought I was gonna die, (unintelligible, perhaps ?someone help me?.)

911: What?s your name?

By DAN ELLIOTT, Associated Press Writer Dan Elliott, Associated Press Writer ? Tue Dec 29, 9:25 am ET
DENVER ? Charlie Sheen's wife told police the actor pinned her on a bed, put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her in a Christmas Day fight in Aspen that began when she said she wanted a divorce.
An arrest warrant affidavit released Monday quotes Brooke Mueller Sheen as saying that the actor straddled her on a bed with one hand grasping her neck and the other holding the knife. She said Sheen told her: "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you."
He also told her, "Your mother's money means nothing, I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace," according to the affidavit.
The 44-year-old Sheen denied threatening his wife with a knife or choking her, and told officers they had slapped each other on the arms and that he had snapped two pairs of her eyeglasses in front of her, according to the affidavit. An ambulance was sent to the house in Aspen, but police say no one was taken to the hospital.
Charlie Sheen, who is listed in the affidavit as Carlos Irwin Estevez, told police he and his wife have been having marital problems and that she abuses alcohol.
No phone listing could be found for Brooke Sheen, and it wasn't clear whether she has an attorney. The affidavit refers to her as Brooke Mueller.
Sheen was arrested on suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief. The affidavit also lists a charge of domestic violence, which authorities had not previously mentioned. Sheen is free on $8,500 bond. His lawyer and his agent didn't immediately return calls on Monday.
The couple began arguing around 3:30 a.m. on Christmas Day, the affidavit said. Brooke Sheen told her husband she wanted a divorce and would get custody of their children, according to the affidavit. The couple have twin boys born in March.
Charlie Sheen told police he "became very upset with this threat (of divorce) because of prior experiences." He went through a bitter divorce and custody battle with his previous wife, actress Denise Richards.
A woman who identified herself as "Brooke" and said she was Sheen's wife called 911 around 8:30 a.m.
In an audio recording of the call released Monday, the woman can be heard weeping and sometimes her words are inaudible. At one point she said: "My husband had me (inaudible) with um, with a knife, and (inaudible) he threatened me." Later, she said, "I thought I was gonna die for one hour."

Police say Charlie Sheen surrendered a folding knife with a 4-inch blade.

Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin said Monday the menacing charge is the most serious, usually carrying a sentence of two to eight years in prison and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000. Mordkin said Sheen's next court appearance is Feb. 8, and no decision on whether to prosecute him is expected until shortly before that.
Charlie Sheen stars in CBS' "Two and a Half Men" and Brooke Mueller Sheen is a real estate investor. The couple married in May 2008.

Charlie & Brooke Try to 'Save Their

Charlie Sheen's Christmas Day arrest in Aspen, Colo., for allegedly placing a knife against wife Brooke Mueller's throat and threatening to have her killed apparently isn't enough to break up their marriage. Seems they have decided reconciliation is the way to go. "Brooke and Charlie are very passionate about each other, they love each other and want to try and save their marriage," Mueller's attorney, Yale Galanter, told People magazine on Wednesday. "They had a bad night and want to get beyond it. They want to
try and resolve their issues." Sheen's attorney confirms to The Associated Press that they're trying to patch things up. Galanter says he's seeking to lift the protective order against Sheen, 44, so he and Mueller, 32, can reopen communication and "work on resolving the conflicts in their marriage." What other rumblings are surrounding the troubled couple, who married in May 2008 and are the parents of 9-month-old twin boys?

Classic example of how celebs with cash can get out of any fawking thing.

This woman aint stupid. Your going to take Charlie the cash cow, 6 million a year actor and put him in jail for 8 years. :142smilie

Sure you can reconcile if you want. But the charges stand. He did the dirty , we have statements.

Put him in prison.

(Only just saw this...)

...AR, totally, TOTALLY agree with your last sentence. 100%.

But, just reading between the lines on this particular case (mainstream media, none of those rediculous celebrity sites)...

...just seemed to me a huge over-reaction from the woman. (And I was unaware about the red marks on the neck.)

I've done a bit of reading on him (think he's a pretty funny guy), and it just seemed to me that he's a private kind of person...an average guy as it were...would prefer to sit at home with a few beers and watch sport on tv than go out and "socialise"...which I thought was kind of telling given his [hopefully] ex drug 'addictions' (What a crap word. )
"I don't like Aspen, there's too many rich people." :142smilie Made me laugh, like I said, I kinda thought that was a good statement as to where he was in life.

Of course, that being said, you don't marry a chick and expect her to change her ways to suit you...so marrying an "up market" hot chick, (while in character for sure!), probably wasn't the best idea...

I always believed the previous violence was a result of previous drug habits (and as I said, I'm not all that familiar with the Denise Richards saga)....

...but yeah, to cut a growing story short! :mj07: ...the way it was reported here, it seemed likely to me that she was the aggressor, he defended himself (physically, "only" by pushing her away)...and later she recanted the whole thing. [Scotty...we have the statements! ;)]

Is she scared of him? Doubtful, since plenty of other women have walked away unscathed. (You know what I mean there!)...
...does she need him for the money? Doubt it.
For the kids? Noble...and you would hope it would be a consideration for sure, but still...

Still not convinved there was anything in it...

...however...As I said, I was unaware of any physical marks on her...I would not have piped up had I known that...:nono:
