That is amazing. She definitely has it honed down to a science. It would take most people much more than 2 hours when they first get started on this.

I wonder how much fresh veggies and stuff she gets. Obviously, her stock pile is going to be all non-perishable so you won't see any there, but I wonder how much processed vs. healthy food they eat.
