the best 4 teams made it to the Championship Games.

And, from there it won't matter who goes to the Superbowl, it will be a good game!

Good to see you back on track with your thought process :SIB
:142smilie

since when did you become a Vikings fan

Just my opinion but look at the ones left.

Chargers - 11 in a row and been deserving for a couple years.

Colts - Manning. He deserves it, nuff said.

Vikings - Favre. Why not?

Saints - how can you NOT root for them?

Cowboys - I have never liked them since Landry left and I can't stand JJ so my opinion sucks for that team.

Jets - :mj07:

It's okay too. I actually think the Ravens might be the most hated team in the NFL next to da Raiders. :D

Only since Jan. 11, 1970, 23-7

Hasn't been any better since
I knew you were a fan, was just kidding you.

It would be about time they got past the Championship game and played in the big game.

Cowboys vs Peyton is a networks dream..

S.D. offers no universal appeal..especially to the East Coast who have to be considered because they carry the numbers for every major sporting event on the National scale.

Vikings and Farve have an appeal but Farve's appeal doesn't shake the Hollywood and West Coast viewers from the daily routine of shopping and outside personal pleasures.

Jets can't even carry New York.Their appeal to the Midwest and West Coast is absolutely nil.

Cowboys have led every poll every year for at least the last 30 years in both catogories..most liked..most hated..don't get no better than that from a networks or an advertisers perspective.Eight Super Bowl appearences..Is their anybody on planet earth that has not hear the phrase..:How Bout Them Cowboys."?

Who better to take on the "Evil Empire" than the poster boy for all that is good in this world..

Yes your ideal son and America's Super Hero ...PEYTON,...no last name anymore..just PEYTON...like Cher,Bono,Batman,Rocky,Ali and the other single name mega stars of our past and present, captures every TV in every household on a Sunday set aside to allow every business giant a seat at the game and every living breathing human being the right to do nothing but drink, eat and suddenly become football forecasters and experts..

The record 98.7 million tuned in to SB XLIII for Phx. vs Pittsburg..

America's Evil Empire Team vs Peyton

Hummm..lets think here for a sec...110 million viewers and I sell cell phones and TV's..

My spokesman is the QB and leader for team PEYTON..
My target audience is every person alive or dead who will buy one or both of my products.

$$$$$$$..always the deciding factor in big business and that is what the game really is.

The time and dates set below...now all CBS and it's sponsors need is Cowboys vs Peyton..

Super Bowl XLIV
  • Sunday, February 7, 2010, Dolphin Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida, 6:30 p.m. EST, CBS
    • CBS announcers: Jim Nantz (play-by-play), Phil Simms (color commentator)
