Amazing experience in the dome last night. I think if the Ravens were playing the Saints I might have rooted along with these great fans.

When the FG was made in OT I have never been to any kind of sports event that was so loud and it continued for a long time. It was still going on in there after I had already left.

The whole city is happy, happy, fucking happy. What a fun walk back to my hotel.

Thanks to Cie Grant for the invitation. Cie was the loudest fan in the entire dome. Holy shit, this man can make some noise and he DEMANDS the fans join him in making that noise.

It was worth the price of admission just to watch him have such a good time. Oh wait, no charge for admission. Thanks, Cie.

Good thing this game was in New Orleans or he would have been arrested.
US law prohibits you from cheering for your team in another teams stadium.

I went to the Steelers-NO game in 2003. Funest sporting event. Became a fan of the Saints bc their fans are awesome.

Congrats to them. Hope they win it all!!

I can believe it - had the game been at Metrodome, I would have gone and been a part of that madness. As well as the Vikes defense played, that place would have been crazy.

While of course really down about our loss, I have a ton of respect for Brees and Peyton, and hope they win the big one. It's nice to see people who have gone through so much have something so special to rally around and be happy about.

It's also nice to see two standup, solid professionals like Manning and Brees get the attention they deserve. Truly a couple of stars kids can look up to and should try to emulate. I wish we were there, of course, but the Super Bowl should really be super this year.

My fondest memory of New Orleans was falling off a ladder watching one of the Mardi Gras parades, not feeling a thing (until later that night...), and a helpful female close to us rushing up to me to help out by flashing me her headlights. Definitely made me feel better, but I didn't risk getting back on the ladder again... :00x24
