That is not a diet, that is real food, good food at that fish, chicken, red meat 1 time a week, turkey, tuna. veggies baked spuds you have snacks pasta 1 time a week rice soup salad a bagel bread each day, little milk egg whites you will be fine. and the detos 3 days is nothing the sea salt will make you feel great
you only need to do that for the 1st 6 weeks then you can eat what you want with size control.
