I follow some games at cbsucks as I don't get espn's 666 channels and I have not got an A.C.Clarke device on my pen. Anyways...
I wish there was a way to shut off the comments of these degenerates, but they are sometimes worth a laugh, so what the hey.
Recent example: checking out the end of the Nug's-Wiz game (also confess to having a small stake on the W by the V), and the comments start rolling in on how the game is fixed AS both Anthony and Billups were on the bench for a good part of the fourth quarter. Nevermind that they had 4 and 3 fouls respectively, that they had a large lead entering the fourth, AND that they had just played an intense game the night before at LeBron-town. No...this was "evidence" that the NBA is totally fixed.
i.e., the coach was apparently in on it as, based on my limited speculation, he actually decides who is on the court.
Sure, I know about the (fairly) recent allegations of fixing by dufus-ref whats-his-name, not to mention that I buy my share of conspiracy B.S. if some legitimate info suggest the same (fuck A.Jones), but further comments in the "glog" showed that these turkeys are simply looking for a way to justify their losses by some higher power that was out of their control. It was frightfully funny.
As mentioned, y.t. had a stake as well, but equal to the binge I had on T.O. and nothing compared to the poundage on Cornell which gaurantees an end to the 2-day losing streak.
Just sick and tired of turkeys.
Useless waste of time rant but--hey--enjoy the remainder of 2-10 regardless.
Gonna harp on some Sat.hoops and maybe post elsewhere for your displeasure...or otherwise.
