Good stuff, Old Skool.

Haven't had breakfast yet, as I just woke up. Wife is prepping it for me now, though. Maybe you can some ideas from my menu......

Coffee with soy 'milk'
1 piece toasted Pita (Ezekial 4:9 is the brand, I think..)
Grapes and berries (blue, black, and ras )

Plus, my daily mixture of :
2 cubes of flash frozen wheat grass
1teaspoon Pharmaceutical grade fish oil (recently added to my diet)
2tablespoon coarse milled flax seeds
1 fesh squeezed orange
1 small scoop of spirulina and chlorella (powder)
Splash of water to thin it out and melt the wheat grass cubes

Chunk potatoes with mushroom and onion, covered in cheese!

Spiced it up a bit this morning by adding to the potato dish:

2 Eggs
2 Slices of Panera Bread (3 cheese loaf)

Mixed up the following in a skillet then covered with cheese:
Baby Red Potatoes
Mushrooms
Onion
Jalapeno
Red Bell Pepper
Kale
Garlic
Seafood Seasoning (Chesapeake Bay or something)

Coffee
OJ

I'm stuffed. Lots of left overs for later.

Holy Shit people what is going on here? If you even use the word meat at this site you will be reminded of how you will perish in 2 years. Besides being fat and lazy as well.

1/2 pound of Bacon. Eggs over easy? WTF

Your breakfast should consist of:

Sliced TOFU.
Dandelions if in season.
Bean Curd or Sprouts
Soy Milk
Green Tea

I eat oats and plain yogurt with honey and some sort of fruit about 6 days a week. I don't know what half the shit is you listed above or how you mix it together.

Also: Do you like the soy milk in your coffee? I tried it for a month but didn't like the way it curded up.

Good health!

This morning I made for Angela and myself:

4 poached eggs, still runny center
Pan of Simply Potatoes diced with onions,(added more white onion, red bell pepper)
4 Pillsbury sandwich style frozen biscuits (awesome, perfect every time)
butter, blueberry jam
sliced vine ripe tomatoes
1/2 package Maple Bacon

Do this maybe once a month, rainy day today in ATL, perfect day for it, getting a bloody mary ready now, no yard work :00hour
