What do I need to know about the check in process? I remember reading a thread here about checking in maybe 24 hours before? How does it all work?

check-in online at their website 24 hours prior to flight for best boarding position.
If I do that and get the A grouping, do have to then wait in line at the gate? Or can I just go at the end of the group and be ok?
you go when they call A group they have area's with numbers on them to stand in that's your spot for boarding
They give you a number now, A1 thru A60 I believe. I just pay the extra 10 bucks or whatever it is and get early A without the check-in.
But, anything in A is good. What will piss you off are the fukers with C that will butt in front of you :mj07:

I will spend the 10 bucks fot the auto. So do people actually need to line up according to their # in each group?? If I got A20 do I have to seek out 20th place in line or do I have to get in line in group A like first come first serve?

Yea there are poles with your number on them you just stand next to them & they board you in that order
The only thing that goes on a plane with me is my Ipod the rest of it where it belongs under the fuckin plane :sadwave:
Saint: I believe A1-A19 are reserved for Business Class, so if you are A20, you must have been the first to shell out the extra $10, bc u got the next best position. I think the extra $10 is worth it bc that is my only realistic shot at the Emergency Row and I don't have to worry about the 24hr checkin BS.
