Not to be a debbie downer....but, I have talked to at least a half dozen people that have gotten this service. The most prevalent of their comments is that its unreliable.

I have Verizon FIOS and it is great.

Absolutely no problems with Uverse. Lots of free features. Would never go back to my original cable service.

I would get it installed ASAP if I were you. Any alternative to cable service is a good choice.

I hate my cable service - would love to try something else. (Satellite sucks ass, worse THAN CABLE!!!)

Got it a few months ago and love it.

Got rid of Time warner and haven't looked back.

I was one of the managers that worked on this project four years ago. It is phenomenal. It will be even better once through put bandwidth is increased to allow for more functionality.

Sadly we are too far from the hub to have it currently in our location in Buckhead.

My window for the install tech to be here is from 1 to 3 pm Central time today.

So far, it has been nothing but AWESOME!!

I didn't really hate anything about Comcast. I was a happy customer for over 10 years.

My internet speed is faster, but my real difference maker is the tv service. The Uverse offering is just more advanced.

No complaints as of yet here.

NOTE: The distance to the UVerse box registered 0.0 on the install tech's device, so I have a slight advantage over most.
