1 in stock - customer pickup TODAY.

They said expect an email for pickup instructions within 2 hours.

No email :shrug:

So I go back and check my order and see a place to click to "RESEND" my order. Let's try that!

I get an email almost instantly. Great, we're getting places. Nope, they won't have it in the store until the 13th.

WTF? I need it NOW, they said they had it, I want it and if not, I want to cancel. so I call them.

I have to give, name, address, phone, CC number and even my fucking email address to confirm that I am the guy! You know how annoying that is.

I explain the deal and that if I can't have it today, I want to cancel. She needs my address again :rolleyes:

She has to call the store so I hold. She comes back and confirms I have to wait until the 13th. I want to cancel because I need it now, they said they had it, they don't, so..... their fault, and I want out of the deal.

It's going to be a 15% restocking fee.

GIMME A FUCKING BREAK!

I finally get it all straightened out and I'm ready to drive over to Menards and buy one.

I check my email and one from Sears. "ORDER READY TO PICK UP"

I'm serious.

I don't believe it so I call the local store where I am to pick it up. I get the fucking phone voice menu and they can't understand ME!

Finally I get a real person and she transfers me to Merchandise Pickup.

Guy answers and I explain my deal. He tells me that he just got it out of the warehouse and it's ready for me to pickup. I ask if he's sure and he confirms and I tell him I'll be there in 10 minutes.

I get there and there's a guy fucking around with a machine as you walk in the "Merchandise Pickup" door. He looks at me and says "John Wooden?" Yep, is it ready?

He can't get the fucking machine to authorize the pickup or even that it's even in stock. I give him my printed out paper with the fresh bar code and that doesn't work.

He said the words "fuck it" went into the warehouse and came back with my sump pump and said "have a good day".

HOLY SHIT! Not my day.

I bet I don't get charged for this because of the way things went down.

Then that will start a whole new chapter to this story.

Gotta love dealing with these chain retailers that pay people peanuts.
Yup, nothing works. The website, the store computers, nothing.

Then the guy just goes ahead and hands me the pump and sends me on my way. :mj07:

I'll have to go out of my way to make sure they get paid and I'm 1 out of 500 that would do that.

Fucking idiots.

you should have seen me trying to get minutes transferred from one lousy tracfone to another.....

i pushed the zero on the old phone and nothing happened...i tried to explain to 3 taiwanese(or something) people that the zero on the phone wasn`t working....

they still wanted me to key a 15 number code into the phone...

it was like "who`s on first" with a language barrier...
